I'm there. This should be interesting.

I met him once, I walked in a bookshop in Birmingham years ago and he was sitting the all alone with a big pile of his books next to him and precisely nobody waiting to get them signed. Stupid bookshop owners extent of advertising was a very sign outside that said "Terry Pratchett Here Today".

He looked really pissed off. I said Hi, and then bought a copy of Fangoria, I wasn't a fan at the time...
