While I loved his Python work, my kids were introduced to Jones through a documentary he presented titled "The Story of 1". It's a wonderful program about the development of numbers through human history, including the importance of the concept of zero. It mixes real history with his irreverent humor, making it a true pleasure to watch. And as the credits roll, one animated "1" tells another, "I preferred working with Eric idle."
