Im so confused by this ratings thing. I thought that whether you watch it live or DVR it it wont count unless you have a neilson's box.

As I recall from the Terminator producer's blog, for reasons that were never adequately specified, they take the viewing numbers from Fox on Demand into account, but not those of Hulu. So, watch it on FoD if you're going to watch it on-line.
