So does Cameron think that Sarah's got cancer after all?

She very well may. In many respects the Terminator franchise (starting really with T3) says that we each have a destiny and sometimes there is no running from it.

Excellent. Much better than some of the recent ones. I'm also quite happy they got rid of Jessie awhile back, but today's death took me completely by surprise. I still can't figure out Weaver's master plan, either. -- RR

Well I voted Excellent, despite the downer nature of the of the ep. I'm really going to be pissed if we're left hanging after next week with no answers though.

From what has been said by the producers the season ends on a pseudo cliffhanger. A chapter is closed but a new chapter is opened in the series - and they believe that people will be clamoring for another season after seeing it.

Derek getting killed was really a surprise. So the show is canceled or what?

The official decision does not come until May.

There were rumors last week that the show was cancelled because they tore down the sets for it; however, the sets for the show are not static like for most series. The Resistance Safehouse for Season Two has been dismantled.

The promo for next week billed it as the season finale, so the show currently is most likely not axed.

Dodge must be pouring a lot of money into this show. All the logos for other makes of vehicle have been covered or removed in recent episodes.

I was surprised by Derek's death and the almost incidental nature of it, making it all the more shocking. So, we know that the water delivery guys work for John Henry's "brother" and have terminators at their disposal, suggesting that the "brother" is Skynet. It has been implied that Desert Heat and Air was aligned with the brother, but it could also have been part of Zeiracorp. Weaver could be working for a machine faction wishing to destroy Skynet, or Weaver could be wishing to establish John Henry / The Turk as Skynet, making John Henry's "brother" the other peaceful faction.

Questions, questions. One thing we do know is that next week we get to see Cam take out a bunch more water delivery guys. I didn't realize that was such a high-risk occupation. ;)
