I like the Terminator lost in time aspect, I would think it funny to find out that a terminator been sent back in time to the Roman era and was responsible for the whole Hercules Mythos or something......

I know they have a limited feul supply, maybe have one who is in sleeping mode but has been here for thousands of years.....

The Hercules aspect would only work if he were a Model 101.

(Arnold played Hercules in Hercules in New York).

I really liked this episode and the "terminator lost in time" aspect. Skynet screwed up, forcing Flappernator to restore the time line so that he could carry out his mission. I particularly liked Cameron finding him inside the wall, complete with zoot suit and Tommy Gun.

Even better was how Cameron shows for the first time genuine caring when she reveals the return of Eric's cancer, but is rebuffed. She also seemed hurt when he understandably became upset at her. Summer Glau's doing a great job with these emotional nuances that drive Cameron's character development. I'm also intrigued by the lingering effects of the chip damage; it's suggested that Cameron may consider herself a danger and wish to "self terminate."

Next week's episode looks like some sort of monster movie. I take it that's the last new episode until February?

Cameron at the library doing actual research? Look how long that took! Chlovage Sullivan would've used her super duper computer skills to find the T-888's top secret files that were never even put onto a computer! :)

Very good episode, possibly the best. Did not know there is another episode on next week....I thought this was the last new one till the hiatus

Yep. It will lead in Dollhouse. Too bad that the Wednesday nights at 9:00 idea fell through.

was that the plan?

There would have been stiff competition from "Life" on NBC and "Criminal Minds" on CBS, though. I would have preferred Mondays at 9pm, personally. A lot of people aren't back from work and settled by 8pm.
Not everyone works at McDonalds...
Most people ARE back and settled in by 5-6...:techman:

Very fair point...was it really necessary for the Terminator to rebuild the building so he could kill the governor? I mean...why doesn't he just kill this guy when he's a child or something? Why did it have to be on that day?

To use some election speak, maybe Governor Wyman was for Skynet before he was against it...

So, I take it that the dude actually committed suicide in the end?

Anyway, if Reilly's mission is basically just to fuck John so that he'll not want to have his hot female Terminators around in the future, I'll be sorely disappointed.
