Obama if he wins plans to apoint a Federal CIO to handle the nations technology progress. That may be in Skynet best intrests if he increases the nation wireless or fiberobtic network.

McCain will increase military spending making it stronger and can't use a computer much at all. This leads me to beleive that he will not push technology much if he wins.
