If we can get that idea rolling I think it would be a lot of fun.
How about pixelating our x-mas avatars until some specifc date... The first of December, I'm thinking... not only does it give plenty of time for preparations, it also makes sure x-mas doesn't start prematurely (on the board at least).
We should definitely consider an avatar theme to follow for a little while just to change things up around here and make posting a little more fun.
