TBBS Posters That Remind You Of Fictional Characters

I don't remember if it's been said or not, but when doubleohfive posts, he always makes me think of Tobias Funke.

And I mean that in a good way.

;)

I don't see it.

You're right.

Never mind.

:)

While not a fictional character, M'Sharak makes me think of Rod Serling. TSQ makes me think of Dot from the Warner Bros.

I just keep thinking of Zion Ravescene as Dr. Julian Bashir. It's the accent when we did the Christmas messages, just can't shake it

Oh and TSQ, remind me never to call you "Dottie" then.

Everytime I read one of your posts, I immediately afterward think of K'ehleyr breaking a glass table. Then Troi walks in.

There are many similarities between Julian and myself - the accent is merely the tip of the iceberg (a small iceberg, mind). Too many to list of course, but looking dashing, buff, hot and sexy in a tight lycra body suit is definitely not one of them. :guffaw: :(

I strongly associate people with their avatars, so in my mind I always picture them as animated versions of those, variously typing on their peculiar keyboards.

I like this approach!

I do too, generally. But since you are much nicer than the 'real' Neroon, I can't really picture you as him.

However, I do picture you as Minbari. Only definitely of the Religious Cast. NOT the Warrior Cast. ;)

And don't forget his last words..... "I was born Warrior Caste, but I see now... The calling of my heart... is Religious! The war is over! Listen to her! Listen!"

*sulks* Nobody has any thoughts about me then *turns back and starts kicking the chair* :(

You pretty much remind me of K'Ehleyr.

It's okay, though... I mean, I just remind people of Janeway. We're in the same boat together!

I'm flattered. I think she's a wonderful character.

"Troi "You're upset"
K'Ehleyr "Your finely honed Betazoid senses tell you that"
Troi "That and the table"

And Janeway was great!
Cheers girls

(we need a martini smilie!:))

I'm sorry but with that image in my mind you have just put me off my tea Zee.

Love you :adore:

MLB: where does the name "mr laser beam" come from?

I got it from the liner notes to albums by one of my favorite bands, the Alan Parsons Project.

Alan has a friend named Lee Abrams, who gave spoken word samples to some of the Project's songs (for example, "Let's Talk About Me" has an introduction featuring him). On any album where he did this, he's given credit like this:

"Oral rendition: Mr. Laser Beam." ("Laser Beam" = anagram of "Lee Abrams")

I had this username when I first joined the board (back in '02) which was before I got seriously into baseball.

^ Could be, could be! :techman:

For awhile there I went by the name Babaganoosh, which I got from one of my favorite TV shows (MXC) but I since realized I liked my original name better. Now I know why. :)

I gotta agree with what's been said really, you remind me of K'Ehleyr. That and you your sexy self ;)

Me on the other hand seem devoid of impression upon people

I can sympathise, I tried it. It wasn't very flattering

Ditto. I am a Smurf and always will be so I never expected to be mentioned here, if at all. But I can live with that. However, auntiehill said she saw me parked on the sofa and I can't agree with that. :rommie: I have so much energy most of the time I rarely sit down. Actually I am standing up to type this... which is usually how I work. (My computer is set up on one of those high cafe tables. It is perfect for me.) Instead of AstroSmurf I should be called Fidgety Smurf.
