This is the direct link to the cutaway, where is there a shuttlebay? can you point it out?

Evidently when reviewing all the plans, you missed Sheet 9. Check out Deck 8. That's the internal layout. There are two shuttlebay doors at roughly the 10:00 and 2:00 positions (assuming the bow is 12:00) shown on the lower exterior drawings. On the Deck 8 plans, the entire deck is devoted to hangar facilities, evac transporters and the ship's computer.

The cross-section, naturally, only shows what lies on the centerline. What it does show on the cross-section of Deck 8 is (from fore to aft) a 22-man transporter, the reception/waiting area for the shuttle facilities, a corridor, the ship's computer room, turboshaft, shuttlecraft parts and fuel storage room, and then the pylon aft of that.

I colored the four actual shuttle craft red as they are not actually called out.
