At the distance Delta Vega is shown from Vulcan, why wouldn't it have ALSO been destroyed by the black hole? Seems like the second it finished eating Vulcan, Spock little icy paradise would have been up next...

Wouldn't the black holes size be dependent upon what it sucked in? Since it sucked in Vulcan wouldn't it have the same mass as Vulcan and thus the same gravitational pull?
Same like a star, the blackhole created from a collapsed start would have the same influence as the star itself did.

I'm not saying this is the case, i'm asking????????

That's right. Same mass, same gravity, much smaller radius.
