System Lord centric episodes?

hey guys, i was just wondering if anyone could recommend me some eps where we see a focus on the System Lords - particularly where we see them and their Jaffa interact? i love the way the Jaffa respect them and behave towards them. the whole, "My Lord" thing is awesome.

As mentioned above pretty much the first eight seasons are Goa'uld centric. As for the Jaffa "respecting" them I would disagree. The Jaffa are their servants dude. They are forced to obey and address them as "Lord". Given your posts on Star Wars you seem to like the bad guys a lot.

The Jaffa no doubt fear the system lords, but calling someone sir doesn't mean you necessarily respect him.

yah, this was the first one that came to my mind. i was hoping there'd be more out there.

was looking for some really good ones in particular. i recall one from the early seasons where a Gou'ld speaks from his Ha'Tak in space and then we see a rain of energy blasts from the Ha'Tak. the energy blasts are shown against the sky and clouds.

If you are looking for a specific list of episodes I don't think you are gonna get one. As others have suggested just start watching random episodes from the first seven seasons.

I think Lord Yu was one of the "best" System Lords, as his Jaffa seemed to genuinely be loyal to him from a respect standpoint rather than fear.

Asking for SG1 episodes with System Lords is like asking for Star Trek episodes with the Enterprise.

I think Lord Yu was one of the "best" System Lords, as his Jaffa seemed to genuinely be loyal to him from a respect standpoint rather than fear.

And his First Prime even admitted that he knew he wasn't really a god and that he was getting old and senile, even for a Goa'uld. Also, there was no other System Lord who would have let Teal'c go after capturing him.
