At least the sadness can be ameliorated a little, that he wasn't 'that guy', taking drugs and dying unnecessarily.

I've put that badly, but you know what I mean.

This is yet another reminder that we should all be asking our doctors for tests to screen for heart disease. My former co-worker lost a young (30 something) family member to a heart attack and he was an athlete.

I also lost a family member (age 36) to a heart attack. There were absolutely no warning signs in either of these cases.

Please get tested everyone...
