Survivors Sunday 23rd 9pm BBC One

I am guessing its impossible for him to be on both Doctor Who & 3 or 4 episodes of Survivors but he wouldn't have much time for anything else. I would like more than 6 episodes of Survivors by S3.
Well I guess it's technically possible to do both, I mean I've heard it can take 8-12 weeks for some 6 ep shows to film on commentaries. So I guess 8 to 9 months of Doctor Who 2-3 months of Survivors... technically possible but not the most practical I suppose.

I thought this weeks was very good, although leaving the family behind on the farm made zero sense. If they were going to get infected then it's already happened so there's no harm taking them back to the group. And infected or not an adult and two children alone isn't a safe situation, what happens if the dad and daughter get the flu? The little boy's hardly going to fend for himself? I guess it's that issue of not being able to afford more reccuring characters! Still it was a good story for Max and Patterson...although I kinda got the impression Max Beasley's character was going to be a lot more evil than he 's being so far.

Abby's story was better, and I was actually shocked when the Govt minister shot that woman. Nice to see that we'll be seeing that community again.

And I find the conspiracy bit interesting, though as people say it's not really neccesary. I'm curious as to whether they let the pathogen loose, which seems damn stupid if they don't actually have a vaccine for it!

Doctor Who usually shoots from July to February; the first season of Survivors shot from July to October. So unless they somehow rushed Survivors season two into production by January and got it finished by June - a tall order given that the BBC hasn't actually ordered a second season yet - there's no way any actor could do both shows (at least, not unless one of them was little more than a cameo).

^ I like how it lists the cast of Series 1, not the list of series 2, which is what the article is about

I know it's resurrecting an old thread, but I thought I might as well use this rather than start an entirely new thread.

Series 2 will be airing from the first week in January.

I still have series 1 recorded on my media centre, might have to watch it again before series 2 comes on.

Funnily enough I was wondering if it was coming back, the first season finished about Christmas last year as I recall...

yes I think it did.

I made a post about this on digital spy the other day, seems my question was answered.

Hustle & Survivor both in January, the BBC is too good to us,
