^I had been thinking of that as well. I have also heard people throw out Colby as a possible host replacement, since he has TV and hosting experience and was a fairly popular and well-rounded contestant.

Whoever takes over, they will probably never live up to Jeff Probst. He really is a good host. I remember when he was on Celebrity Jeopardy...he was the only reason I ever tuned into that show!

I think either Colby or Rob would make good hosts. Rob comes off like a jerk in the game but that's just the way he plays. And I don't think he'd be afraid to call any contestants on their crap.

When Rob was throwing to commercial... he was painfully bad at it. But I really don't think he's a natural at it, and I don't think his thick accent helps any. Colby would be better I guess but he's too naive and nice... I don't think he was enough of an edge.

Really, at this point I don't think anyone can replace Probst. But Boston Rob would probably be.... in the neighborhood.

Yeah, no matter who they get, it's definitely not going to be the same without Probst. I don't blame him for wanting out, though. Survivor is practically all he's done for ten straight years.
