Now I’m almost certain Heather will be final 3 just cause everyone wants to be against her. I’m not sure what Liana will do now. Her and Erika are kind of in the middle between Deshaun and the two obvious threats.

The funny thing there is Deshaun played the Monty Hall problem wrong but still beat the odds and won. If he had switched his odds would have gone up to 2/3.
I'm fine with Liana being voted out because of how pissed off Shan is about it. Not that I liked Liana anyway.
One thing about Danny. He's the only one nobody has ever named as a possible vote. You have to at least respect his game for that even if Xander and Ricard are more interesting. Any of those three I'd be fine to see as a winner.
The finale looks like it's the 15th, does that mean we're going into the finale with only 5 this time? It's been 6-7 lately, maybe only 5 just because for once no re-entries.

The thing about not having your name written down is because you're either a super-skilled player (I've seen no evidence of this), or you fly under the radar so well that nobody considers you a threat, or you're so boring that nobody remembers you exist.
It's a short season, because they spent the first 2 weeks there in quarantine.
Except he is an obvious threat, not like Heather, he’s just socially protected.
Of those left in the game, there really are only two realistic winners: Ricard (my choice) and Erica.
Both of them win if they get to the end in any scenario other than getting to the end together.

So is next episode a 2-hour finale? It sounds like a helluva lot to put into a 1- hour episode.

Less than usual, usually lately the final episode is 6 or even 7 people, in some cases 6 + reentry comp.
Deshaun seemed to survive just based on social game, which I can respect. I can imagine anyone having some chance to win except Heather, I can't imagine anyone voting for her especially since we don't seem to have a bitter jury. If Ricard gets there, he probably wins. Xander seems like next in line but not absolute. Deshaun at least has a resume, Erika would have to give a damn good speech to prove she didn't just ride on coattails. She seemed to be the target constantly and only survive because there happened to be one bigger target all the time.

And I'm struggling to figure out how they're going to fill that amount of time since I don't foresee there being a Reunion.

Regarding Erika, it's hard to have a good social game when you keep getting isolated.
At this point I have to wonder if The Amazing Race is permanently canceled. Phil Keoghan is currently hosting another reality game show called Tough As Nails.
My two picks for the winner are Xander and Ricard. I don't like Ricard that much, but he has played a phenomenal game. I suppose it all comes down to who wins immunity, and if Xander plays the idol at the right time. It's a bit mind-boggling how many of the people with idols and advantages don't play them and end up being voted off.
I'd prefer that Erika be in the final 3, since she's had to overcome some rather unfair targeting, and she's not coasting like Heather is.
I don't think Amazing Race is permanently canceled, but it's just impossible to do in the age of COVID. Maybe they could do something more like Expedition Impossible (A show just like Amazing Race, but in a smaller place doing much more physically demanding things they did one summer). But traveling through public places in 20 different countries is a hard no.
I'm not a fan of Tough as Nails. It weirds me out, like "Competitive Working Class". Taking personal virtue at being the best at doing the things you have to do because it's the only way to get money. I'd love to see another Expedition Impossible, the only problem with that show was that since there was less randomness one team lead pretty much the whole time.

Amazing Race related anecdote. I've started getting Leo & Alana as friend recommendations on Facebook because Leo is a cousin of a close friend of mine.
They just ran an ad for a new Amazing Race. I’m kinda shocked they managed to film that even during the last COVID lull.
I’m not disappointed in the outcome. Erika’s game reminds me of Sandra, never controlling things but always deflecting danger to someone else.
I had said earlier in the season that I'd be disappointed in the season if anyone other than Ricard or Evvie won, and I'm now publicly eating those words because I was genuinely smiling when Jeff announced Erika's name and said that almost every single Juror had voted for her.
