Protein powder. I normally buy whey, but lately I've been using a blend (whey, casein, and egg). I think it's a little more effective than whey alone.
Universal's Shock Therapy, pre-workout. It's an NO Booster.
Universal's Torrent, post-workout. It's a protein powder than contains waxy maize starch.
Universal's Storm, post-workout. Basically a creatine product, but I've found that my body responds to it better than normal creatine. Creatine Monohydrate never really did much for me.
I'm also a big fan of Universal's ANIMAL line of products. ANIMAL PAK should be a staple for everybody. It's pretty much the ultimate multi-vitamin. Granted, it contains 11 pills and turns your pee neon yellow, but still....
Recently I've been buying Flaxseed powder. They Omega-3 is good for your heart, and the powder (ground flax seeds) is a hell of a lot cheaper than buying Flaxseed Oil capsules.
