Rob Benedict was also in the band at the end of the episode.
But I'm 99% sure that was just a cameo.

After Sam and Dean defeated God. Lol I was pretty much done with anything supernatural related. While I enjoyed much of Supernatural it ran way too long and basically defeating the strongest being in the Universe..... The actual creator of the universe..... All powerful. Was pretty ridiculous even for a show like Supernatural.
It seems like this show is going in the direction I figured. Lots of canon issues that will probably be explained away with John forgetting it ever happened.
I wish supernatural would have stayed with it's original premise. Just two sons and a father fighting the unknown. But by season 2 they already started to retcon stuff like a hunter network etc. Once the Angels got on the scene the entire show focus changed.

It's really hard for me to get into this show. I loved Supernatural soooo much, and that show is etched in stone like the commandments for me. Seeing how SO very far from canon this is going, and I know the fates of John and Mary already, this isn't all that interesting.

Dean has changed history, we don't know their fates anymore.

That has actually made the show easier for me to watch, knowing it's an alternate timeline now.

Speaking of spinoffs, Kathryn Newton might be the happiest actress about Wayward Sisters not getting picked up considering how her career has been going.

So the Akrida also know about Dean and are trying to lure him out, interesting

Probably. It's a shame, though, for the series. It looked like it had such potential.

I don’t think we’ll see Dean in person until the season finale.

I’ve found the show to be enjoyable. I know Mary will end up on the ceiling etc I know the fates. But it’s still been fun to watch.

Considering Dean has changed history, I don't think you can count on that.

Darn. Rowena was barely in it. I was hoping she'd have a bigger part.

That was a good finale. If that’s it (which it probably is thank to NU CW) it was a fun 13 episode series. Nice call backs and Easter eggs to the original series.

Eh. Great to see the SPN stars ...but that whole season was just a colossal waste of time. I don't care about an alternate- universe version of John & Mary's past.

    Just BORING.
    Thumbs down from me.
I want more of SPN, but not this.

That was a weird finale. It felt very rushed and it felt like that I was missing part of the story. I liked that they finally explained Dean but I don't think they could travel to other universes when you are dead before. Must be a new thing Jack introduced.
I agree with the previous post about being in another universe sort of makes of less interesting of a show. I also don't really care about the lives of some random doppelgangers.

I was hoping that it wasn’t another universe as other posters here suggested earlier. Would have been better if this was the apocalypse universe and Dean gave a nudge to try and save that world

Being an alternative universe makes me more invested because it means I have no idea what is going to happen to them in the future.

Im glad it didn’t end on the cliffhanger.

I’m glad it’s an alternative timeline/universe because it there was too many contradictions with the real timeline. Now anything can happen here if the show continues.
