Yep! Learned that on NCIS!
I do a lot of model building and apart from ocassionally glueing the edge of my nail down to my finger, haven't had any major accidents I can recall.
And if you go through lot of it, I recomend finding a hobby store and buying it by the bottle. It has a fine tip applicator, comes in thick or thin consistency, and its a lot cheaper and easoer to handle than those little tubes.
