That last panel is disturbing on so many levels. His thumb barely touching her chin has to be the most though.

Which tend not to cover Kryptonian or or sex with superpowered beings in general.

Nor, for that matter, does it "come with" the human body, people managed for thousands of years beforehand just fine. Even made babies.

I'd definitely take a Superman show over Supergirl at this point. No bullshit government conspiracies, no mind wipes for literally no reason, no pretending that the obviously evil Luthor isn't evil, no more Catco related crap, etc. Just bring in the guy who played Superman on Supergirl (and presumably the woman who played Lois), maybe hire a real Lex Luthor, and they'd have a potentially great show, and the first real Superman live action TV show since the 50s (Smallville didn't have "Superman" in it, and Lois & Clark was a romantic comedy where Lois was the main star).

Supergirl has had some great moments and great characters, but its always been filled with a lot of crap that frequently outshines to good stuff. While I've grown to like this version of Supergirl a lot as a character, her show is a rollar coaster of quality that has been dipping down into mediocrity (or lower) way too much. A new show with Superman could be a fun breath of fresh air at this point.

That said, I'd also be up for cancelling Arrow or Legends of tomorrow and replacing one of them with a Superman show, although that would probably be thought of as an over saturation of Kryptonians.

Yeah, without even bothering with the link (and thereby giving them the clickbait ad returns they're fishing for), this seems like a pretty silly story to run when the show's already received early renewal.

We Got This Covered is full of shit.

As was mentioned, Supergirl's already been renewed for Season 5.

Being renewed isn't a lock. Just ask the fans of "People of Earth." Still this does seem like clickbait nonsense.

That's one of the best parts of this season, and one that should have been set in motion since season one.

Agreed. It seems this is all just to have another "sister" scene when something makes Alex remember at some critical and/or personal moment. That's not even getting into how the mind wipe makes no sense other than J'onn having Powers of Convenience.

    Lex or Lena?

True--a renewal announcement promises nothing when many series were supposed to return but did not. But I will believe it when I see it...or not see it in the fall.

No, on network TV (of which CW sorta is), a renewal is a renewal.

We'll have to agree to disagree. There is no sense in Supergirl being a full ally of both the government and the President for years at this point, and then having both the DEO get taken over by a anti-alien psychopath and the entire government turn on Supergirl. It is idiotic and cannot be justified.

It is artificial drama that is so obvious that a soap opera would be embarrassed by it.

jon Cryer is no more Lex Luthor then he is Lois Lane. So, I'm talking about Lena Luthor.
