sunburn question

I can't really say I've ever had sunburn, at least not in the way that several of my peers have had sunburn. My already nicely bronzy skin tans even better in the hot sun after a few hours, with no peeling, and certainly no heat-related injury or redness.

Or at least it used to. Nowadays I avoid the sun due to my vampiric urges, and adopt the slip, slop, slap, slide, seek approach.

Being Australian our weather can get quite hot during the summer monthes so one can get very burnt if you dont wear sunscreen.

I have olive skins so it browns quite quickly which was fine when l was a teen smiles.

But as l got older we were warned about sunbaking without protection from the sun.

This generation is lucky because there is more imformation on malonoma than we had.

I have not had any problems yet which is good but l know of family members who have had malonoma and have had it looked at quickly plus skin cancer is another one which l see alot of people having bits and pieces taken away from diffenet parts of there body but most l this is on the face .

There used to be a ad on tv which called to poeple to SLIP SLOP SLap on there sunscreen and slip on a hat.

Still remeber the words smiles
.

I had a really bad sunburn a few years ago due to being out all day at the local music festival, and I ended up having one whole side of my face peeling off, all because I had forgotten my sunscreen. Never again.
