Summary/synopsis of books

So, I am about to read The Long Mirage (at last).
My problem is that it is a direct continuation of Ascendence and I can't remember what happened there!

Is there anywhere I can find a short summary of the whole storyline just to jog this old guys memory?

The only place I know of for that is Memory Beta, but I just checked the entries for Kira, Cenn, and Nog and none of them go beyond The Fall, so it looks like it probably hasn't been updated in quite a while.

Maybe someone can PM a quick summary?
Would reread it but I don't have access to my copy ATM.
I suppose I could wait.

A review of the book is below and it has a bit of a summary included. Hope it helps.

I read Ascendance and The Long Mirage when they had originally come out. I remember the overall storyline but I can't remember how much of what I remember is from each book so I don't want to ruin it for you. Reading the review though I do remember a significant part of it takes place in that 'lost' period of the DS9 relaunch after the Soul Key but before they brought the books forward to the Typhon Pact era, which was nice. And it was a continuation in a lot of ways of the previous Sacraments of Fire novel.

So, I decided to get the soft-copies of the books and reread them.
Should go quickly since I know the general story.

I managed to get Sacraments of Fire and am reading it now.
Still trying to get Ascendance.
Does anyone have a soft-copy they can "loan" me? Both Kindle and Nook have a loan option.
