Relics: A time displaced former starfleet officer rips open the dilithium chamber disrupting the chief engineers work, whines about getting kicked out.

A new captain takes over the Enterprise, stops Riker from causing a war, get's Troi to act like she's an officer, lays smackdown on Cardassians, & saves Picard's life, but because he makes a few minor changes & expects people to follow his orders, he's a jerk, so none of that matters.
