How a bout a big pit on the side of a building and has several turnstiles that you walk through and to move through to the next one you have to sign about 10 forms. When you finally make it to final phase there is a room you walk into that is over the pit and you press a button and floor comes out from under it and you plummet several hundred feet into a pit filled with razor sharp spikes that are constantly moving that obliterate you in under 1/10th of a second.
