Suggest an idea for a multi-Doctor skit

My friend is dressing up as the 10th Doctor for the next Phoenix ComicCon. During their costume contest, they also have the opportunity to perform some kind of skit to go with the costume. I'd be interested in doing that but only if I'm able to come up with a good skit that involves the 10th Doctor meeting another Doctor. I'm even somewhat open to which Doctor I would play.

Ideally, I'd like to be the...
4th Doctor because he's the most iconic and I'd like to have a really long scarf.
9th Doctor because his costume would be very easy to do.

I'm very interested in the...
2nd & 7th Doctors, two of my all-time favorites, but I'm afraid I may be too tall to pull off either convincingly.
1st Doctor but only because I know a girl who is a dead ringer for Susan that I'd like to get involved.

I'd also be open to the...
3rd or 6th Doctors, although I have no idea where we'd find a good Colin Baker technicolor vomit coat.

The only 3 Doctors I'm absolutely opposed to doing are the...
5th Doctor because I'm not going to rehash "Time Crash."
8th or 11th Doctors because I don't know either of them well enough.

Anyone have any ideas? So far, the only bit I can think of is the 10th Doctor taking one look at the 6th Doctor's wardrobe and saying in that melodramatic whisper of his, "I'm sorry. I'm so, so sorry."

3rd Doctor. "Oh no, bad enough I used to look like a clown, now I've got to look forward to the day I dress like a Spiv."

10th Doctor "Oh keep your head on, could be worse you might end up looking like a scarecrow."

Colin Baker was not only the finest Doctor, but his coat is amazing and I won't hear a word against it. Of course, as my own attempts have shown, it's tricky to get hold of one. If you're too tall then the Second and Seventh aren't going to work.

I think the Fourth Doctor meeting the Tenth Doctor is the obvious one, because they're the two most popular.

The day I need socialism to fix me is the day I really do have problems.

I'm joking, of course. I love the NHS :)

Everyone should love the NHS. It can be shit but better (like democracy) it's better than the alternative (plus it keeps me in a job! )
