Sucker Punch---Discussion until release, you guys know the deal

Looks cool. And there's oodles of hot chicks.:drool::drool: Even though it's just dream sequences it still looks like a fun piece of entertainment.

Amanda Seyfreid was originally tapped to play "Babydoll" the lead character but she wasn't able to commit to the role due to scheduling conflicts for "Big Love". That would have been awesome had she been able to sign.Emma Stone and Evan Rachel Wood were also offered roles by Snyder but obviously didn't or weren't able to take them. I'm curious to see how Vanessa Hudgens does. She was asked about finally breaking out of that HSM/Disney sterotype role in the press conference at comic con. The interview is up at comingsoon.net

LOL...I think that this has the potential to be his best looking movie and hopefully the story will there. I think some people will call it 'Inception" light since it deals with the concept of a character in a dream world. Hot chicks kicking ass against cyborgs and giant Samurai's weilding machine guns and Jon Hamm!!! Winner.

The trailer for Sucker Punch has definitely got my attention. I really enjoyed the visual style of 300, and this movie looks like it is very similar in that respect.

Saw the trailer when I went to see The Rite last week (which was not as bad as people are saying...) and it really caught my attention.. It looks like a lot of fun!

I was curious about this movie but with the lackluster movies so far this year, imo, this only moves up even more to get me to the theater in March.

Yeah for me "Sucker Punch" is the first really must see film. Nothing that has come out to date has really interested me. I'm really hoping that it is worth the hype.

You gotta give Snyder credit-- he definitely knows how to create some cool trailers with a lot of badass imagery.

I'm just not sure that style works in an actual feature film though. Every shot of his is so incredibly posed and stylized that none of it ever feels remotely real or believable.

^ I think in the case of "Sucker Punch" that's kind of the point since most of the film takes place in a dream or "altered reality" state. It's stylized to be surreal.

Well, it certainly looks different from all the other crap being hyped right now. I'll see this.

Captain America's looking better with every photo released, too. The period look is really, really nice.
