STXII Needs More Green

STXII needs more green! It needs these green jade hoops favored by Uhura in much of TOS:

NuUhura wore drop earrings in every scene, usually oblong colored stones (or something..) She would look STUNNING in these jade hoops.


And it needs Kirk's swish wraparound green shirt!! Pine would look excellent in this.

I love green; it's my favorite. But if there ever was a "winter" in the Color-Me-Beautiful color categories, it's Zachary Quinto.

Greens are not their strong suit; indeed no warm-tone color (i.e., golden overtones) flatters them. They look good in cool-tone colors (i.e., blue overtones).

Looks a lot better than her in their respective twilight years however.

What a good thing he went into science, he would have looked pasty in gold. In blue he looks pale and mysterious.

Indeed; Elizabeth Taylor is a great comparison for him. Zach is said to be Irish/Italian ethnicity; so he got pale skin, contrasted with a wealth of coal-black hair. Science blue looks just right.
