STXI Blu-ray on sale

The Blu-ray (single disc edition) of Trek XI is $19.99 at Best Buy at the moment.

Both on-line & in store. Not sure how long though.

I had been waiting for a decent price on the BD since I already had the DVD.

Wow. I only paid $24.99 for the three-disc edition at Wal-mart when it was released.

It's weird, Amazon & it's 3rd party sellers all have the 3 disc BD set cheaper than the single disc.

Though I didn't need another multi-disc package, just a better looking copy of the movie itself, so the single disc will do me.

There are some pretty decent special features on disc 2 of the three-disc edition.

^ Right, and I think I have all that on the 2 disc DVD set already.

But I don't really care about the "extras", outside of deleted scenes. Gotta love those deleted scenes.

Go blu-ray just for the picture quality.

I hate the idea of re-purchasing anything like this, but I went blu-ray only about 6 months ago, so I know there's some FX heavy stuff that just demands replacement.
