Voyager plowing snow in Timeless. I'm not sure coming into an atmosphere at mach 100 with an already weakened hull and trying to land the ship was ever a good idea though.
Voyager had some wonderfully framed VFX shots that were very creative. I love the Timeless shot, and also the VFX in Child's Play when the ship warps away. And Scorpion, where we get the creepy Borg bodies piled up, which were action figures. Also, the sequence where Paris rolls the ship to escape the Borg.
Dragons Teeth is a poor episode, with amazing VFX for a TV show in the 90's.
David Livingstone also like using crazy wide angle lenses and I like his work in Distant Origin where he uses striking low angles and close ups to give us the Voth perspective.
"PHAGE" - Voyager inside the planetoid with all the mirror images of it. Very unusual, unique, and different than anything before or since.
