Strange purchases

I was at a construction store today. Sort of like Home depot in the US.

Anyway, i was standing in line when i noticed that the bloke in front of me bought some very, how shall i put this, disconcerting objects.

A small one hand axe, a shower curtain, a ten piece kitchen knife set, two rolls of duct tape, approx 5 meters of marine rope and some sort of synthetic soundproofing material. :wtf:

Now it might just be because i'm quite fond of crime novels and crime shows, but that bloke seriously gave me the creeps.

I did something similar once, i walked into a store that sold 9mm handguns, looked at a few guns and then asked if they knew where i could buy antidepressants. :lol:

I once bought tequila and a sled at the same store in Vermont. I'm pretty sure the cashier 911 pre-emptively.
