I'm wondering if it's a hint at a plot line. We were teased with the destruction of the Tardis in the series 5 finale. Maybe the Tardis does explode (again) and pieces end up strewn through time and space?

At one point an older lady says:
"What happens on Raxacoricofallapatorius, stays on Raxacoricofallapatorius". That much I remember.
