When do these Temporal Agent recruitment events usually happen?

Are there regular intervals or is It just random?

Delta recruit just finished this week, so i doubt any new ones will appear anytime soon so quickly.

All the various 'recruit events' have each one occuing at least once every year.

If you do a Google search you'll get hits as to the date of it's previous occurrences and see if it's about the same time each year.
