She's mounted a lawsuit on behalf of 14 million UK steam users, like the comments say how is this even legal?

Yeah these types pop up now and again, blatently hoping for a quick payout to go away, but i doubt it will happen.

And just out of curiosity, is this a Ai channel, as it seems to be using some AI voice which seems to be using text to speech going by the robotic way it talks and repeats the same word twice in some places.

No I think a real human runs the channel but uses an AI script to text thing
