Starting with M

A friend of mine phoned me for some suggestions. He has to go to a fancy dress party in a month's time but he has to go as something starting with the letter M (it is a birthday party of a girl called Melissa).

He wants suggestions of something to go as. He though of 'minister' and 'Muslim' but he thinks quite a few people will go as those. He is looking for costume that is either easy to make or would be possible to find in a costume shop.

Any ideas?

I've been to one of those before. I went as Bob Marley.

You could wrap yourself up in bandages and toilet paper and go as a mummy.

Or be more inventive. Dress up as Peter Lorre and whistle "In the Hall of the Mountain King" at opportune moments.

I don't know exactly how one would accomplish that though, so how about Mary Poppins? And Mad Max would be fun, if he's into leather!
