In preparation for a very specific kind of physical (for possible travel abroad) they recommended two weeks of a cleansing/detox diet (no coffee/alcohol and specific foods only). I started this morning.
Had my cereal and fruit bowl/lean wheat sandwich today-- and all water and herbal tea. Heading to the gym every night to "blow off steam."
2 weeks begins!
Anybody done this before?
