Starship U.S.S. Endurance Refit

I conceptualized this design as a refit of the ship class that immediately preceded the Constitution Class starships. The Endurance class would have been constructed during the late 2220's and entered service by the mid 2230's. They were smaller and less powerful overall than the Constitutions. Nonetheless they were still upgraded continuously and underwent extensive rebuilds in the late 2260's, trialing many of the technologies that made their way, in more mature forms, into the Constitution refitting program.

Length: 260m, width 122m, height 68m. 21 decks. Crew compliment: 230.
