Ah, the good and the bad of a story arc in one well constructed sentence!

It's an evil plot to get you to listen to the whole series! Episode 301 should get you up to date on season 3.

Truthfully, episodes 204 and 205 as well as the Special Episode "The Line" pretty much will bring you up to speed on the overall story arc. "No One Gets Out Alive" is a stand alone episode that doesn't fit into the overall arc.
