That's because he was gone before major promotion began. When people were talking about what was being done on the show in any detail, he wasn't on the show anymore, so all his opinions would have to be related second-hand.
I'll bite back my skepticism for the time and accept this at face value.

And someone has already given proof about the nacelles and you ignored it. So there is really no point.

The people in those books have no reason to lie about it.
They're made by people who were there and involved in the process. The court will allow it.
