I never thought this Shep was gay, I jut thought the doctor he tried to rescue in Afghanistan was a woman.

I actually liked this episode, a lot. It was an entertaining diversion from the norm, and I liked it. The music was good too. The story made sense, and it was neat to see an alien like the Wraith living on our world.

I think this episode is what Ron Moore was wanting to do with Enterprise, do a few MU episodes if the series continued. SGA did well doing a totally MU episode.

I liked as well, there was a WTF moment for me when this episode started for a few mins. But I liked the change of pace also being a CSI FAN Helped

The doctor/medic was female, the whole gay thing started because a number of people miss heard McKay and connected the event with what happened with 'our' Shep.

The episode was gimmicky but I cant see why you had that bad a reaction to it (your opinion though so wont try take that away from you) but it does set up the next episode.
