So far we haven't had any DSC Call backs. Just one easter egg.

And why would the Connie show up again? What logical reason would we see it outside of SFC or a musuem?

I’m talking about it’s likeness, not that we’ll see a DSC Connie as an active duty ship in STP.

Well I don't have any issues seeing it, if it makes sense to where the characters are.

This is why it’s a bad idea to produce two shows back to back, one taking place in the mid-23rd century, and one taking place in the last year of the 24th century, which have the same or similar production values, which look the same but at the same time look nothing like the shows that take place between them.

I don't see how it's any worse than the TOS movie-era insignia popping up in early TNG.

Seriously though, those TNG PADD's were so completely overtaken by real life tech that seeing a real one given a cover to "downgrade" it to TNG specs with far less usuable screen is kinda funny.
