Starfinder (TTRPG) used for Trek Universe

I'm planning to GM a game. (Real Life, Tabletop)
My strategy is to use Starfinder, the D20 sci-fi game as the rules.
Anyone else seen this done ?
I have downloaded everything I could find online on this specific topic.
And been working on a campaign map, and miniatures. and ships
Game would be on the Virginia Peninsula.
