star wars the force unleashed 2

I was so underwhelmed (and occasionally frustrated) by the first one that I really have no interest in ever playing the sequel.

C'mon, the Star Destroyer wasn't THAT bad! :p

I'm looking forward to it; the videos I've seen have been pretty impressive and Hayden Blackman has been saying the right things (more puzzles, varied enemies, more breakable stuff).

Yeah. Yeah, it really was. Hermiod is a far better man than I; rather than smashing controllers, I caused Deepwater Horizon to explode. :(

The story was great, but I feel it cheapens it by making a sequel. My hatred of all things sequel may be a factor in this decision.

i read on IGN that for force unleashed 2 the start of the trailer starts like that because Vader tells Starkiller that he is actully a clone and a failed one hence why on Kamino. but he meets up with Kota who tells him that a clone couldn't have the power that he has

Yeah I read that. They never actually show the dead Starkiller in the game from what I remember and Vader did revive him once in the first game.

I have one eye on this game though I hope its better than the first game that was either fun or plain annoying. The problem with the first game was some of the level designs weren't great, Bugs and the problem with having a Force centric game was...

Boss battles are much more fun and exciting when its about sabre to sabre and some of the force stuff sucked any dramatic boss battles out of the airlock. This one looks a little more sabre centric, which might address the balance.

Its got a massive task to beat the story in the 1st one, dam that was just sheer awesome stuff.

Exactly.. maybe the console versions were better but the PC version just plain sucked.

Not too interested in the sequel.

I played it originally on the PS3, and then later picked up the Ultimate Sith Edition for the 360. I thought it was a pretty fun game, especially with the added levels from the USE. Didn't find the Star Destroyer section anywhere near as frustrating as some people make out. I have the sequel pre-ordered already.
