And he suddenly also has an uncle
Sounding like Truman Capote through and through

It's the story
Of a scowling Jedi
Who is teamed up with a padwan from the Bratz
In a tale that makes wise Yoda look quite stupid,
And the comic relief robots drove me bats!

Don't forget that good old
Obi-Wan Kenobi
Was always trying to catch up in every scene.

He'd tell Anakin to go ahead and start things
And he'd show up just in time to help him clean.

And despite the title of this animation,
All the battles were just boring and cliche.
But, alas, it's only the beginning
Cuz we'll get to see more every Saturday!

The animation was very good for the droids, ships, machines, and weapons. The animation of the people was very weak for the most part -- they moved stiffly as if they were made of wood, and didn't look real (the hair and beards looked like they were painted glue). However, they did do a nice job of showing the character's facial expressions, IMO... especially in the Padawan/master interactions.

Yeah, that was weird but the human character designs were based on the Thunderbird marionettes. I don't really care for that look but Lucas is a big Thunderbirds fan and I'm not. There was always something creepy about them to me.

On to some criticisms:

I HATED the opening crawl. Instead of the words scrolling on the screen and telling what the episode is about, a voice narrates it and sounds like a news anchor that is so worn down and bored he is ready to retire.

He sounded just like the news announcers did in newsreels back during World War 2. They talked in that tone of voice for some reason.

What impresses me is that Lucas finally found a way to make his actors look as wooden as they behave. Bravo!

I saw the movie and afterward i was telling my friend that CGI Anakin acted and emoted better than Hayden did!
