No, I'm talking about something more specific than just "moods." I'm talking about actual meanings consistently associated with each sound. But that's a vocabulary, not a full language. Vocabulary is just one component of language.

The story and title are an obvious riff on Lassie Come Home, with Artoo rushing home to report that Timmy's fallen down the well (or whatever the real events of that film were).

I read recently - I think it was in the SW Insider - that it was an intentional choice because of Lassie Come Home.
