Star Wars Medical Droid in 'Prototype'

it is acknowledged that Johnny 5's Arm is in the lab in Prototype

but did anyone notice this?
Is this head that dissimilar from a 2-1B Medical Droid

They do look similar but I think it was supposed to be the standard skull of one of the robots.
