Are multiple live-action Star Wars shows heading to Netflix, ala the Marvel shows? Seems like an actual possibility.

Hell, i'd watch the crap out of a Lt. Page and his Commandos TV show.
According to the old EU canon he was basically the rebel Special Forces goto guy and lead the team on Endor with the heroes as overall command crew as seen in the movies. An unassuming guy but a true badass.
There's a ton of interesting material and i'd so wish they'd follow the Marvel approach and make some really hard R rated shows.. that's something that is truly missing in Star Wars (and Daredevil was so refreshingly different from the Marvel movies and ten times more hardcore).

I wonder if there will come a time when we wish for less Star Wars?
I doubt any sci-fi/fantasy fans will say that. It'll just be like the critics spouting "superhero fatigue". Soon they'll be talking about "force fatigue" or something to that effect.
But i say, bring it on. Multiple tv series and 2-3 movies a year. I'm all over that.

I would hope so. I think they did quite a bit of writing for the live action series Lucas wanted to do, it would be a waste to let all of that work never get used.

Even though JJ is directing Star Wars 7, I was looking forward to seeing the original trilogy cast again. But, I cannot support a company that lays off it's entire IT workforce and forces them to train their H1B replacements. Then blackballs them from being hired by its outside contractors.
I'm eagerly looking forward to all the main saga movies, anthology films, cartoons and TV shows that LFL has in store for us, but one thing is for sure, once Star Wars movies become common, they won't be cinematic events they used to be.
A part of me will miss the "OMG, it's a Star Wars year" feel.

Will it take a bit for me to get there? Absolutely. I think that there are a number of opportunities for Star Wars to be explored. The thing of it is, Star Wars has never really left the public consciousness, at least not completely. Clone Wars ran for several years, and there were constant rumors about a live action series.
Once Episode VII is released then I think we will see more spin off material. And then it will reach Marvel ridiculous levels and some will get tired of it. I mean, was not as excited for Avengers Age of Ultron as I was for the Avengers. So there is always an impact of saturating the market.
I'm already there. I'm interested in Episodes VII, VIII and IX. Not so much the other stuff.
With Disney now in charge of the Lucas universe it's just a matter of time before we get tired of the amount of new Star Wars, good or not. Disney is probably the one company on the planet who can pimp and overexpose Star Wars more than George Lucas did.
But then again they're hiring real talent and once the first few movies are out we will see if they hired correctly.
If so i can totally see them having a Marvel kind of success run (even more successful because Star Wars has an even broader fan base than Marvel movies/comics).

I definitely would have felt like this was too much back when the crushing disappointment of the prequels still hung in the air, but now that enough time has passed I feel nothing but excitement for all the new movies and spinoffs and comic books that are to come. Mostly due to how much they're openly embracing the style and characters and feel of the OT again.
Although that being said... I can't say I have any huge interest at the moment in seeing a live action SW TV series. Since it would almost certainly mean slowing the pace down and turning it into more of a serious and talky Trek kind of thing. Which to me just isn't the kind of SW that really interests me much (which is why I also never had much interest in most of the novels).

We can all just pretend SW ended with ROTJ.
I can never get enough of Universe's I like. SW is a big franchise, with an unthinkable number of stories available. The more the merrier in my opinion. If you don't want to watch/experience all of it, nobody is forcing you to, and its no reason to deny more stories to people who want them 
The possibility of overexposure notwithstanding, this is the most excited I've been about the Star Wars universe in 16 years and this time it looks like the product may actually be worth the hype. We won't know for sure until December, but right now I'm feeling better about watching teasers and early footage from Episode VII than I was after seeing those from Episode I, and that was before the flaws and problems of The Phantom Menace became evident for all to see.
Bring it on! I'm ready for it all!
