Okay>star wars old republic Fatal allience by Sean Williams is a fantastic book.

as is Star Wars Red Harvest by Joe Schreiber. though I do perfer death troopers to it.

can't wait till reavan comes out at christmass.

I guess this thread is the closest we have to a novels news and discussion thread...we have some bad news. The Darth Plagueis novel has been pushed back to Jan 2012.

what is it with this book first it's not going to get done and then it does and then it gets pushed back.

Watch out... there have been some serious spoilers from the Revan book, including a scan of an entire page from relatively late in the book.

@Timothy...the Plagueius novel has been pushed back at least three times to my knowledge and there are all kinds of reasons why a book is pushed back. The Essential Guide to Warfare has been pushed back FOUR times now and had two authors (although Karen Travis I don't think started any work on it).

You know most of your questions COULD be answered by looking on Amazon...it's quite easy to do. The Essential Guide to Warfare comes out May 22 (Lucas' birthday I believe).

It was announced at NYCC that Tim Zahn will be writing a Han Solo book next that will take place in the "Classic Era" set in the original series of films.

The back cover to "Darth Plageuis" has been revealed. It has Darth Maul on it. The back cover to Fate of the Jedi: Apocalypse (which I might actually check out) features Jag and Jaina.

story deals with a jedi deep in hutt space not sure what time period this is set in.

According to Wookiepedia it is a New Repubic era novel and takes place 19 ABY.
