We have more about the Hutt book.

In other news, the title for Jeff Grubb’s upcoming novel has been revealed: it’s called Scourge. The novel will take place prior to the New Jedi Order and feature a new Jedi Knight named Mander Zuma. According to Del Rey, “it’s about a murdered Jedi and the investigation into the Hutt’s criminal enterprises.” Sounds like it could be very interesting, and it should be fun to revisit that earlier era in the timeline. Scourge is scheduled for release in April 2012 in paperback format.

now that all the regular star wars novel are e form for the nook I would love to see them do the young adult series. all of them.

finally finished star wars the old republic decieved by paul s kemp.

:ouch::ack: that's my rating for the book. I was really dissapointed by this book. since we have a lot of the mmo game in it. the other old republic books were way better and I like paul's writting.

taking a sci fi break and going back to vampires for a while.

My gripe is the way the "Lost Tribe" books list as just "Star Wars" in the Nook's library. They don't include the individual title. They don't even include the "Lost Tribe of the Sith" subseries. Just "Star Wars". I makes it too difficult to tell which book is which in the list. The graphic covers aren't much better, since the only wording that's big enough to read is "Star Wars" (the display resolution isn't even that high).

1) Is this the original Nook, then? On the Nook STR, the resolution is high enough to read the text on the cover, and you can at least see the start of the series title ("Star Wars: Lost T...").

2) If you do a search, do they not come up? Searching the library on the SR lists all of them, showing their full title (including # in the series).

I have all seven books on my nook, I found them easy. so far I've only read the first one and I liked it I am going to wait on the eigth book. the covers are not much to look at but the series seems to be pretty good.

I don't even understand what this criticism is supposed to mean.

okay you know the computer game that is coming out soon the old republic. well see a trailer where the jedi temple is sacked by the sith well get that in the book and we find a little more about the sith warrior and his companion in the trailer but the story kinda fizzels.

Okay, that actually makes a little more sense, thanks. I haven't read any of the TOR tie-ins, though as a big KOTOR and KOTOR II fan I am, of course, looking forward to the forthcoming Revan novel. Even though I've pre-ordered TOR, part of me still wishes it was a more traditional KOTOR III...

One little note, though: The TOR stories start roughly a decade after the end of the Great Galactic War and the Sacking of Coruscant, so technically Deceived doesn't "have a lot of the mmo game in it." ;)
