STAR WARS: Are there any non-Jedi bipeds that can beat a Jedi?

ok, so i was thinking about this earlier. the only people i can think of that were able to go toe to toe with a Jedi are Jango Fett and General Grevious.

The Yuzzhan Vong from the New Jedi Order manage to kill a lot of Jedi, including a lot of established EU Jedi characters.


The Vong BTW are sort of an invasion force of aliens who don't register in the force (Although they can be affected by some of the offensive force moves) and have biomechanical technology.


There's also of course the Clonetroopers, but they had surprise and numbers on their side.

Aurra Sing has killed Jedi, but she did have force-training as a child.

I think there have been some Anzati that have killed Jedi. I'm sure there are others.

very cool. just saw a couple. so they were made to fight the vong but were captured by them?

The YVH droids, if captured by the Vong were probably destroyed (As the Vong HATE droids). Silent Bob was referring to what happens after the fight with the Vong is over.

I've probably not watched the show enough to be sure, but Cad Bane seems to handle Jedi pretty well.

Cad Bane is being protected by the writers.

Any reasonably competent Jedi should be able to make short work of him.

In KOTOR, Durosian bounty hunters are no challenge whatsoever.

In the novel Riptide there was an Umbaran bounty hunter that had the ability to cut the connection with the Force. In the preceding book Crosscurrent there was an Anzat bounty hunter that also was a match for the Jedi.

That's becoming all the rage these days. Darth Cognus was interfering with opponents' Force connection in Dynasty of Evil.
