If it survives the decades it has, it'll survive more decades going on into the future. So, yeah.

In fifty years, or even in one hundred years let's see if Star Trek exists, not only as a go-to fictional drama, but also how many of its influences have manifested in the real world.
In another 50 years time Star Trek will be a "reality" show depicting the lives of Freshmen cadets at the Academy, getting ready for their lives in space
Of course. Even putting aside the timelessness of trek, and just how resilient it is, as time goes on we become more and more of a reboot, sequel, remake culture, with less and less original ideas. So a series that was already doing so for the last 50 years Wil definitely continue to do do.
