Star Trek: Voyager - "Planet Killer" (Comic) Question

I purchased this trilogy the other day at my local comic book store but have not read it yet. However, I did notice that the first issue has "1 of 4 Mar" printed on the top right. However, the second and third issues have "2 of 3" and "3 of 3" printed on them. Anyone have the story on whether there were originally four issues or if the first issue was a misprint?
